Mr. Uday Hegde
Mr. Uday Hegde, aged 41 years, is a graduate in Commerce from Mumbai University. He also did Diploma in Financial Management from NMIMS Institute, Diploma in Marketing Management and Software Management Certification. He commenced his career as Marketing Executive at Aptech Computer within a short period he was promoted as Branch Head at Aptech.

Then he joined Mafatlal Finance wherein he was handling various financial products and portfolio in Corporate Finance. After working for 6 years with Mafatlal Finance, Mr. Uday Hegde joined E-Mecklai.

At E-Mecklai he was in-charge of entire South India for their forex related products. He shifted then to IDBI wherein he was branch in-charge for the branch specially dealing with consumer finance at Mumbai.

His last job was with IndusInd Bank as Regional Manager. He was in charge of the CF division and he was looking after the operations for the entire Maharashtra State. 

He has well established relations in Corporate Sector, Banking Industry and Equity industry.

Mr. Sameer Nadkarni
Mr. Sameer Nadkarni has 19 years of experience which includes the last 10 years in investment banking and private equity in the USA, and previous experience in the technology industry in Silicon Valley. He has helped companies to raise equity financing of more than $3.2 billion through initial public offering, secondary offering, and private placement transactions. While working in private equity, Mr. Sameer Nadkarni led direct investments in publicly listed and private companies, from a total asset base of over $5 billion.

At present, Mr. Sameer Nadkarni advises companies and investors on US-India cross-border opportunities. Mr. Sameer Nadkarni was most recently a Managing Director at WR Hambrecht & Co, a boutique investment bank in San Francisco, California. Previously, he was at Bowman Capital, a Silicon Valley based investment firm where he led direct investments in public equities and late stage private companies in the software, services and Internet sectors. Earlier, Mr. Sameer Nadkarni was recruited from Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Technology Group to launch the Credit Suisse First Boston Technology Group in the USA where he was an Equity Analyst covering the enterprise software and e-business infrastructure sectors. Mr. Sameer Nadkarni started his career at Hewlett Packard where he gained industry experience related to business development, strategic alliances, product management, and software development.

Mr. Sameer Nadkarni holds an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth and BS in Computer Engineering and Cognitive Science from the University of California at San Diego.

Mr. Arun Kumar Govil
Mr.Arun Kumar Govil aged 50 years, is a graduate from Mumbai University. He also did Diploma in Management Services, Fellow Chartered Accountant and Diploma in Risk Management [Institute of Chartered Accountants of India].

He is a practicing chartered accountant specialized in Banking matters, documentation, ROC matters and Bank audit.He also advices on Risk Management and Insurance matters. He runs his own company in the name of A K Govil and Company since last 20 years.

Mr. Jatin Popat
Mr. Jatin Popat is Company Secretary by profession and has corporate experience of more than two decades. Jatin’s domain is Corporate Laws, FEMA & FDI Policies, Intellectual Property Rights, Legal matters including drafting, vetting and litigations. He has worked as senior executive with bank & listed companies for 15 yrs handling Corporate laws, Legal Matters, Banking and Compliances.

With booming economy of India Mr. Jatin Popat commenced his own advisory firm in 2004 and today his firm JSP Associates caters professional advisory services & outsourcing services to reputed clients including foreign companies, Indian listed companies, large corporate group, real estate developers, SMEs etc. for Corporate Laws, IPR, Legal matters, FEMA and Complinaces through team of professionals including CS, Lawyers, CA and PGs.

Mr. Vijay T M
Vijay has worked for a boutique investment bank where he was involved in execution of equity & equity-linked fund raising transactions for companies across sectors ranging from Media & Entertainment, Textiles, Power, Steel, etc.

Prior to that, he was with Ernst & Young, working in risk management & operational restructuring projects. From his combined experience of consulting & investment banking, he is equipped with skills in structuring transactions / financial engineering to offer diligent advice to clients on appropriate means of raising growth capital, as well as assessing viability of projects.

He holds a B.Tech degree from Pondicherry Engineering College and an MBA from NITIE, Mumbai.

Mr. Sundar Balakrishnan
Sundar Balakrishnan is MBA in Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

He has over 20 years of experience and has wide exposure in the areas of capital re-structuring, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, setting up of working capital limits, accounting, systems, project analysis, etc.
